Products Overview

Field2Base provides software products designed specifically for use on Tablet PCs. We leverage wireless communications, digital photography, and the Tablet PC to provide an overall mobile workforce solution for field professionals. As such our software is designed as a field communications tool not a specific application designed to meet a specific need. We focus our software around ease of use and managed communications that shield the user from wireless data interruptions. We currently have upwards of 50 patents pending in these two areas. Our two main products include Forms2Base and Field2Base.

Our Products

The Field2Base Enterprise Software Suite provides unique set of data gathering and data delivery tools usable by any field worker regardless of skill level. With Field2Base, field users turn paper forms into digital forms and are now able to document field conditions using advanced media such as photographs, barcode scans, biometric scans, digital signatures, GPS capture and much more. Field data is sent real time to any host system, application and/or email. Field2Base manages all communications and guarantees delivery without the persistent connectivity required of Web based solutions. Field2Base operates on any Tablet PC and utilizes any LAN line, Wi-Fi, or cellular broadband system.



Forms Designer is an easy to use interface that turns paper forms into enhanced electronic forms while retaining the original “look and feel”. Forms are enhanced for easy field use with drop downs for data insertion, calculations, business rules, enhanced handwrite recognition. Digital photos can be added to any form.



Web Admin provides a simple web interface for the home office to remotely manage all information in Field2Base for field workers. Add / delete forms, data, recipients, drawings in real-time. WebAdmin also provides the capability to dispatch work orders.



EasySend manages all wireless communications and data delivery for field workers. Simply hit send and EasySend technology handles everything regardless of speed or connectivity issues. Field2Base provides ultra-secure wireless communications with 256 Bit Encryption. (AES / RIJNDAEL Encryption)



MyData Suite provides customers with three options for receiving and storing real time data arriving from Field2Base enabled tablets in the field. The MyData Suite of products are turnkey solutions that requires limited to no customer IT involvement.



Data Delivery Module utilizes Field2Base EasySend technology to seamlessly encrypt and deliver form data from the field to one or more email recipients. Data arrives as an email attachment in a PDF, JPEG, or XML format.



Data Management Module utilizes Field2Base EasySend technology to seamlessly encrypt and deliver form data to a secure online SQL database. Data can be reviewed, sorted and filtered in any manner desired. Off the shelf (PDF, Excel, CSV) or customized reports are available. This solution is perfect for customers without existing repositories for field form data.



Data Integration Module utilizes Field2Base EasySend technology to seamlessly encrypt and deliver data into any host system, customer application or database. The Data Integration Module software is installed at the customer premises behind their firewall for ultimate security and requires limited to no IT resources to install or manage.
